Terms and conditions for the sale of irrigation tape by Abgostar Fara Parsian (AFP)

Introduction
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the sale of irrigation tape and related products by Abgostar Fara Parsian (AFP). These terms regulate the relationship between the seller (AFP) and the buyer.

Products and features

Product definition: Emitter (flat-dripper) and side-seam irrigation tapes made from a range of raw materials for specific agricultural uses.
Features and applications: The specifications of each product, such as thickness, diameter, emitter spacing and water discharge rate, are given in the technical data sheets.

Pricing

Setting prices: Prices depend on the product type, market demand and order conditions. Discounts, taxes, shipping and installation costs are taken into account.
Price changes: Prices may change without prior notice, but the prices of confirmed orders remain fixed.

Ordering and payment

Placing an order: Orders must be placed formally by phone, through the request form, or by in-person confirmation.
Payment methods: Payment may be made by bank transfer, online payment or cheque and must be completed before the goods are dispatched.
Late payment: If payment is late, shipment will be postponed or cancelled.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms: Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are set according to distance and the agreed conditions.
Delivery: Delivery takes 7 to 15 working days after the order is confirmed.

Legislation: All contracts are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Dispute resolution: Disputes are resolved through negotiation or the judicial authorities of Isfahan Province.

Protecting information: Customers’ personal information is kept confidential and disclosed only with the customer’s consent or as required by law.
Use of information: Promotions and news are sent only with the buyer’s consent.

Other policies

Intellectual property: All rights to the company’s designs, brands and logos are reserved.
Limitation of liability: The seller is not responsible for improper use of the products.
